Role Overview RYZ Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations. Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Strong hands‑on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Nice to have (Not required): Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Non‑Profit Cloud.
- Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order‑to‑cash processes.
- Experience working within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors.
- Familiarity with document generation or e‑signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign). Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to improve performance and business outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional objections.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and manage implementation backlogs.
- Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements.
- Support “build vs. buy” decisions for third‑party applications and integrations.
- Design and deliver solutions including customizations, automation, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements; document issues and work with teams to resolve them.
