SENIOR MICROSTRATEGY DEVELOPER (San Miguel)

Senior MicroStrategy Developer – Full‑time, Remote, Argentina.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior MicroStrategy Developer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You'll join the Business Intelligence Team. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in developing complex MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, as well as advanced T‑SQL and ETL development skills. This role requires a complete end‑to‑end understanding of BI architecture, from data ingestion through to final report delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with MicroStrategy development.
- Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy components: Dossiers, Documents, Visualizations, Metrics, Prompts, Filters, Templates.
- Knowledge of T‑SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning (desired).
- Solid hands‑on experience with SSIS and ETL workflows.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to have
- Experience with performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in BI environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, dashboards, metrics, prompts, and filters.
- Implement complex reporting logic to support advanced business analysis.
- Write and tune complex T‑SQL queries for data sourcing, transformation, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes, including data pipelines, SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions), and automation workflows.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of BI reports and ETL processes.
