Oracle Qa Engineer - (Latam Candidates Only) (San Miguel)

We are currently looking for a Oracle QA Engineer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS). Validate system functionality against business, functional, and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Oracle modules. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and retesting. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities and assisting business stakeholders. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across systems. Maintain and update test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and execution reports. Participate in release validation and ensure quality standards are met prior to production deployment. Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes. Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in software testing, specifically within Oracle ERP environments (Cloud or EBS). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect management processes. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools ( JIRA, HP ALM). Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement. Ability to understand business processes and validate them within Oracle systems. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes. Experience with test automation tools is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required. Must have experience working for US clients. What do we offer?
