Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer (Semi Senior) (San Miguel)

We're looking for a Graphic Designer (Semi Senior) to join our team and work across both product and marketing design. You'll create visual assets for our sets (packaging, stickers, instruction covers) as well as digital content like social media assets, banners, and marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the design and marketing teams, collaborating on projects and executing within an established creative direction while ensuring consistency across all visual outputs. This role is all abouthigh-quality execution in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients at the same time. Only apply if the idea of designing products that bring joy to thousands of kids and adults every day sounds like your kind of work What you'll do Design packaging, stickers, and instruction covers Create social media assets, banners, and campaign visuals Prepare print-ready artwork Manage multiple projects simultaneously Adapt designs to different brands and styles Iterate quickly based on feedback Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer Experience working with multiple clients/projects (agency background is a plus) Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color Highly organized and able to manage workload efficiently Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality English level B2 (you'll join video calls in English) AI Skills (important) Comfortable using AI tools to create mockups, compositions, and visual assets Ability to integrate AI outputs into final designs with strong visual judgment Nice to have Experience in packaging or print design (not mandatory) Experience with physical products or stickers We design products people actually enjoy Fun and creative work environment Internal creative challenges Fast-paced and hands-on team To apply Please include yourportfolio (required).
