Financial Analyst — English C1
Highly analytical, results-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‐making.
Works closely with leadership and cross‐functional teams to provide insights on financial and operational performance.
Schedule
Monday to Friday — Base hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST)
Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units
Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models and forecasting tools
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries
Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams on strategic initiatives and decision‐making
Perform ad hoc financial analyses, including scenario and investment modeling
Work with large volumes of data from multiple systems and reconcile discrepancies
Support process improvement, automation, and system optimization initiatives
Participate in financial system integrations and ensure data quality
Manage and analyze information using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred: 5+ years of experience (profiles with 3–4 years and strong analytical ability will be considered)
Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and Power BI
Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders
English proficiency at C1 level
