Rotating shifts (assigned during the interview):5:30 AM - 1:00 PM8:30 AM - 5:30 PM1:00 PM - 10:00 PM9:00 PM - 6:00 AMAbout the RoleWe are looking for truly exceptional, highly experienced nurses to join our innovative and fast-paced clinical advisory team.This role is based in a call center environment, where you will work closely with patients, providers, and health plan sponsors to support patient healthcare needs.Through telephonic medical management, you will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective clinical outcomes using approved processes, available resources, and advanced technology.The company uses an AI-powered tool that assists in recommending patient care steps after clinical data is entered.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify patient discomfort or concerns during phone interactionsFollow multi-step workflows and decision-making flowcharts accuratelyWork both independently and collaboratively within the teamRequirements & SkillsExcellent telephone communication skills in EnglishA nursing license is mandatory.Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracyStrong computer and technical skills (evaluated during the interview)Ability to talk and type simultaneouslySelf-starter mindset with the ability to learn independently and through on-the-job trainingComfortable working in an on-site call center environment
