Retention Designer (San Juan)

This remote job is targeting candidates for our South America Office.Simplistic is looking for a Retention Designer to be a key member of our high-growth Retention Team. Unlike our core site design team, the Retention Designer focuses exclusively on the post-purchase customer journey and lifecycle marketing. You will own all facets of email and retention design, including content strategy, visual hierarchy, and high-conversion interaction design.We are looking for a specialist who understands that email design is a balance of art and performance.
