The primary objective of this role is to standardize and automate international reporting workflows, ensuring that leadership across the region has access to real-time, high-fidelity insights to drive decision‐making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Governance: Oversee the end‐to‐end preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial report cycles.
Ensure all outputs maintain strict alignment with both international regulatory requirements and internal organizational standards.Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in legacy financial workflows.
Lead the effort to standardize, improve, and automate repetitive tasks to increase team capacity and data accuracy.BI Solution Development: Design, maintain, and optimize sophisticated Tableau dashboards.
These tools will serve as the \"single source of truth\" for real‐time financial performance tracking and stakeholder communication.Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and Sales Leadership.
Translate dense financial data into meaningful models and visualizations that help non‐finance stakeholders draw the correct strategic conclusions.
