Senior Revenue Analyst (Rosario) (Argentina)

Our Business Partnering Service unit needs a Senior Revenue Analyst.We seek individuals with top‐note corporate finance and financial management skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.You will be an integral part of EPAM's General Finance department, specifically working within the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team.
BPS handles administrative and financial functions that foster strong relationships between EPAM's leadership and our esteemed clients.Collaborating with over 300+ experts, you will play a vital role in expanding the business and driving our financial growth.ResponsibilitiesCalculate revenue based on timesheets, contracts and internal policies.Prepare accounts for monthly and annual closure procedures while conducting in‐depth revenue analysis by periods and identifying causes of volatility.Provide short‐term and long‐term revenue forecasts in line with company rules.Review and analyze financial aspects of contracts, assisting in drafting and budgeting activities.Work with EPAM internal systems by entering data and validating its correctness and completeness.Generate reports tailored to both internal stakeholders and customer needs.Conduct financial health checks of individual accounts to ensure their stability and performance.Drive the development of efficient processes on accounts by offering consulting services to project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing and time reporting.Collaborate with the auditors' team and provide audit support to ensure timely completion.RequirementsAt least 3 years of professional experience in a related field such as finance, economics, banking, accounting or audit.Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts and proficiency in various formulas such as mathematical and logical functions.Solid background in MS Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint, for preparing documentation and presentations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level or higher.Nice to haveEagerness to work with large volumes of data and apply strong analytical thinking to uncover insights.Outstanding communication skills enabling tactful collaboration with teammates, business representatives and clients.Strong self‐management skills with the ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines effectively.We offerInternational projects with top brands.Work with integral teams of highly skilled, diverse peers.Healthcare benefits.Employee financial programs.Paid time off and sick leave.Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses.Unlimited access to the Linked In Learning library and 22,000+ courses.Global career opportunities.Volunteer and community involvement opportunities.EPAM Employee Groups.Award‐winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and Linked.
