In this role, you will own vendor payment processes, improve reconciliation workflows, and ensure accurate cash flow management across our supply chain.
You will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, identifying automation opportunities, and driving data-driven decision-making.What You'll DoManage weekly and monthly vendor & 3PL payments, ensuring >90% on-time accuracyOwn and improve reconciliation processes with vendors and internal teamsMonitor presente payments vs forecast, identifying deviations and risksRedesign and enhance payment forecasting modelsIdentify and implement automation opportunities in finance workflowsBuild reports, KPIs, and controls to improve financial visibilityCollaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Finance teamsAct as the main point of contact for vendor payment topics2–4 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or OperationsStrong experience with Excel (advanced formulas & data analysis)Experience with reconciliation, payments, or cash flow managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate English (written & verbal)Strong ownership and execution mindsetAbility to simplify complex processesPassion for automation and continuous improvementHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbili
