Creative Strategist & Copywriter (Rosario)

Overview
Easypeasy is a pioneer in the e-learning sector: we make English learning accessible, effective, and engaging.
We are looking for a strategic mind capable of devising high-impact creative approaches.
You will be the company's "idea factory": your task is to design the strategy and messaging that our Content Creators will transform into video content.
Responsibilities
Constant ideation of new formats for organic channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and creative angles for paid advertising campaigns
Scripting the structure for video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), defining Hook, Beat, and Payoff
Continuous research to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive advantage
Developing multiple variations of each idea to test message effectiveness and optimize conversions (A/B testing)
Working in synergy with the marketing team, content creators, and performance marketers to align creative output with business goals
Who we are looking for
Ability to analyze ad metrics and use results to constantly improve content
Strong result orientation and a desire to see your ideas translate into real enrollment volumes
Fluent English and an open mindset toward international markets
Previous experience (even junior) with UGC formats or in B2C / EdTech sectors (Nice-to-have)
