If you're ready to do your best work, at scale, with purpose — this is your place.ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Engineer, you will define the technical and architectural direction of our backend infrastructure, leading critical projects that drive scalability, robustness and innovation across our systems.
You will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with executive leadership and guiding engineering teams to achieve our strategic objectives.Define and steer medium- and long-term architectural strategies aligned with company goalsLead technological transformations and modernizations of critical systems, ensuring efficiency, scalability and reliabilityServe as the technical authority for the Engineering and Architecture Chapters, championing best practices and quality standardsDrive large-scale project planning, execution and successful deliveryPartner with executives to translate business vision into technical solutions, evaluating and implementing tools, methodologies and frameworks that enhance efficiency and cross-team collaborationMentor senior engineers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learningPromote the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices within your squad and chapter, leveraging tools for code generation, automated refactoring, test case creation, and technical documentation.

In practice, you have leveraged this expertise to architect and deliver solutions such as loan-origination engines with real-time decisioning; scalable payment-processing platforms integrated with core banking and third-party gateways; secure open-finance interfaces compliant with industry regulations; automated fraud-detection pipelines using behavioral analytics; financial reporting and reconciliation engines that generate regulatory reports.
