Program Overview
Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others.
In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company.
At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, among others.
The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are at least halfway into their degree, and with an intermediate/advanced level of English, with no previous work experience.
We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

Requirements
These opportunities are for advanced University students (1 year/ year and a half maximum) from Business Administration / Actuarial Science / Translate/ Industrial Engineering / Economy or related careers, looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing University.
Intermediate / Advanced English.
We will be filling our classes on a rolling basis.

Program Details
Program length: 18 months maximum.
Workload: 19 hours per week available.
