**The Opportunity**: As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and shape the future of CRE. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversions.
- Optimize content across our website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to continuously improve results.
- Manage SEO reporting and provide recommendations to enhance website performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to improve website design, product visibility, and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep us innovative and competitive.
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Forecast future sales and performance trends based on data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who thrives in independent work but can also collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude.
- High integrity and trustworthiness in all professional dealings.
