Full-Cycle Sales Executive (Río Cuarto)

Role Summary We are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to drive growth in the Spanish market by owning the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. You must have prior experience selling marketing or lead generation services and be confident handling outbound sales independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Lead Generation; Identify potential clients and build prospect databases; Analyze market trends and opportunities in Spain
- Cold Outreach & Engagement; Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach campaigns; Initiate conversations and generate interest in services
- Qualification & Sales Process Management; Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs; Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Closing Deals; Present tailored marketing solutions; Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish + strong English
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Experience selling digital marketing / lead generation services (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
