Beyond standard posting, you will be responsible for account management support, performing digital audits, and designing promotional email campaigns. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of executing content that drives engagement while maintaining a professional brand voice across all platforms. - Social Media Management: Regularly creating, designing (via Canva), and scheduling engaging content. This includes basic video editing and maintaining excellent grammar across all posts.
- Content & Copywriting: Authoring high-quality press releases, blogs, newsletters, and promotional emails that resonate with target audiences.
- Digital Auditing: Conducting and authoring digital audits to identify growth opportunities and refine client strategies.
- Website & Directory Management: Performing basic edits on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify. Managing Google Business Listings and Yelp to ensure accuracy and conversion optimization.
- SEO Optimization: Enhancing on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, site structure) and monitoring site speed and user experience.
- Account Support: Assisting the supervisor with essential account management tasks and special projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for
