Financial Analyst – Construction & Development (Río Cuarto)

Full-time | 9 AM – 6 PM (Pacific Time) | 1 PM – 10 PM (Argentina) Remote

The company is known for delivering high-impact projects and maintaining a strong focus on financial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and directly influence investment decisions and project outcomes. Position Overview The Financial Analyst will support investment decisions, project underwriting, and financial planning across development and construction projects. This role is highly analytical and focuses on evaluating deal feasibility, tracking performance, and providing data-driven insights to improve returns. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for development and construction projects Perform deal underwriting, including IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis Analyze project performance vs. pro forma and identify risks and opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting across the portfolio Assist with capital planning, financing analysis, and lender presentations Track key metrics such as cost per unit, margins, and project timelines Prepare reports for leadership, investors, and key stakeholders Conduct market research to support site selection and pricing strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field 2–5 years of experience in finance, real estate, or construction analysis Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (non-negotiable) Understanding of real estate development and construction economics is a plus Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and ownership of work Ability to work in fast-paced, project-driven environments Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/pvzdm
