- Define what gets built and why, translating field needs into clear problem statements, requirements, MVPs, and roadmap‑ready backlog items.
- Own multi‑year roadmaps across internally developed tools, enterprise platforms, and third‑party solutions.
- Map phases, milestones, and workflows to system capabilities and user experience expectations.
- Apply structured problem solving and data analysis to translate strategy into executable solutions.
- Proactively gather requirements from users and translate pain points into prioritized feature requests.
- Communicate intended outcomes and flag shifts early to enable rapid reprioritization.
