The Creator Partnerships Coordinator will support and execute the company's creator and affiliate marketing programs across UGC creators, paid influencers, and influencer affiliates. This role is highly execution-focused, owning day-to-day program management while contributing to performance growth, creator relationships, and campaign success. This position is adecuado for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience working closely with creators, managing multiple workflows, and helping bring campaigns to life from start to finish. This role blends strategic project management, data-driven optimization, and relationship-building to maximize creator impact, ensure program performance meets key KPIs, and uncover new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management Support execution of influencer campaigns, including outreach, coordination, brief collaboration, project timelines, and deliverables Assist with contracts, product seeding, and communication with creators and their teams Help ensure content aligns with briefs, brand objectives, and client expectations Track deliverables, campaign performance metrics, and provide comprehensive reporting UGC & Creator Relationships Help source and maintain a roster of high-quality UGC creators Manage day-to-day communication with UGC creators, including outreach, contracting, briefing, timelines, and content delivery Assist in negotiating rates within established budgets Review and organize incoming content for approvals and usage Product Seeding & Gifting Programs Execute product seeding campaigns from outreach through delivery and follow-up Manage targeted creator lists aligned with brand niches and campaign goals Coordinate gifting logistics, including product selection & product tracking Manage outreach, responses, and strategic follow-ups ensuring timely and personalized communication with creators Track seeding performance, including posts, engagement, and conversion indicators where applicable Maintain accurate records of gifted creators, content outcomes, and follow-ups Identify high-performing creators from seeding campaigns for potential paid or affiliate partnerships Affiliate Marketing & Program Execution Execute day-to-day management of influencer affiliate programs with a focus on performance and revenue growth Maintain creator lists, curate creators when necessary, support outreach, and onboard new affiliates Assist in testing messaging across different stages of the funnel Track performance and compile insights to help optimize campaigns Support the execution of ambassador programs and affiliate engagement initiatives Coordinate and distribute monthly newsletters and communications to affiliates Ensure affiliates are prepared for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments Monitor affiliate activity and flag opportunities for growth or optimization Assist in reporting for top-performing affiliates and ongoing program performance Client & Internal Collaboration Support client accounts through strong organization and reliable execution Assist in preparing reports and updates on a regular cadence Collaborate with internal team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met Help implement feedback and optimizations across active programs Growth & Development Stay up to date on creator trends, platforms, and tools Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and creator experience Support ongoing organization and scaling of internal systems #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/pmf6d
