OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with strong technical capabilities and client-facing experience to join a growing SaaS company in the healthcare space. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, configure technical environments, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful client implementations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end client onboarding processesConfigure and troubleshoot client setups within a SaaS platformSupport technical integrations, including API testing and data validationWork with SQL databases to analyze and validate dataIdentify and resolve configuration and integration issuesMaintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teamsEnsure compliance with healthcare data standards when applicableRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding support, implementation, or a SaaS client-facing roleProven experience in technical onboardingStrong SQL knowledge (querying and troubleshooting)Experience with API testing toolsExperience working in cloud environmentsAbility to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsAdvanced English communication skills (C1/C2 required)Based in LATAMPreferred QualificationsExperience working with EHR systems or healthcare platformsUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and PHI handlingExperience with SFTP, S3, or secure file transfer toolsBasic knowledge of HTMLExperience with tools such as Linear, ClickUp, Jira, or SalesforceBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldCompensation & BenefitsUSD 2,500 monthly compensationContractor modality10 days PTO9 paid holidays #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qjznw
