We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the organization. The adecuado candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

What you will do:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts via both Excel & Google Sheets
- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models for various projects
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis
- Support the FP&A; function in development and ongoing process improvement, including driving consistency and improvement in business analysis and reporting
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision‑making.
- Develop and deliver a robust, consistent, and accurate analysis of market and regional‑level business performance using KPI dashboards and non‑financial data to highlight performance
