The coordinator manages clinic Human Resource functions, staff, and responds to customer complaints. Responsibilities include people management, scheduling, labor management, performance management, professional appearance, supplies, teamwork, and communication.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate schedules for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staffMonitor, approve, and deny PTO requests for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staffAct as the first point of contact for all clinical staff under their purviewManage staff operational quota by handling the interviewing and onboarding process for all clinics under their purviewParticipate in various staff employee relations processes with the division HR teamWork with divisional HR to facilitate HR initiatives at the clinic(s) under their purviewHandle patient complaints in relation to the staff and the clinic(s)Mentor staff on HR topics as well as customer service and clinical care topicsApply excellent customer service standards for all interactions with facilities, providing data to OIWMaintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelinesFollow all HIPAA & OSHA standardsOther tasks as required by providerOther tasks and responsibilities as assignedEducation / Qualification RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Health Care2+ years of Human Resource experience2+ years of customer service experience2+ years of health care experience preferredPhysical / Mental DemandsAble to read, write, and communicate in EnglishMust have cognitive skills for math, decision making, and excellent communication skillsWork in a temperature-controlled environmentPotential for contact with chemicals, blood-borne pathogens, and exposure to infectious diseaseAble to lift 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques several times during a shiftShift and LocationShift: Monday-FridayIn person at the Franklin, WI clinicOccasional travel may be required to Mequon and Mt.
