Job Details Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC) Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of MA program is preferred but not required.
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR).
- Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually. Job Type: Full-time, availability between 7 AM-5 PM required. (schedule times may vary) Work Location: In person/onsite, In Mequon Tuesday, Wednesdays and every other Thursday.
