The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.

We're looking for a full-time Head of Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team. This role involves leading the day-to-day execution of the marketing function across all TAG brands, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into high-quality campaigns, content, and brand experiences. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to bridge strategy and operations, driving team performance, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable execution systems that support business growth.

Expectations for this role:
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and partnerships are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Oversee operational planning and coordination of marketing activities to create structure, accountability, and consistency across the team.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Support the implementation of brand strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
- Manage campaign development and execution to strengthen market presence and drive audience engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance against defined KPIs to deliver measurable business impact.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Projects, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation, product positioning, and company goals.
