Role overview
We are looking for a highly skilled engineer to transform analytical insights into production-ready models. You will focus on core data science and machine learning, with a particular emphasis on recommendation systems and predictive analytics. You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure that our AI solutions are practical, scalable, and robust.
As a Senior Data Science Engineer at Qodea, you'll:
Perform statistical modelling and apply supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
Preprocess, clean, and engineer features from large datasets to improve model performance.
Leverage graph structures for analytical insights and interact with graph databases.
Integrate LLMs into applications for reasoning and data understanding.
Design and implement model validation and evaluation frameworks to ensure reliable predictions.
Collaborate with MLOps and data engineers to move models from research to production.
Things that will make you stand out:
Proficient in Python for data analysis and machine learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with model clustering and segmentation techniques.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an iterative approach to development.
Familiarity with MLOps principles including versioning and monitoring.
Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Nice to have:
Experience with data vectorization and emerging vector-based technologies.
Knowledge of GCP data and ML services.
