Location: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico What we're looking for A US-based digital marketing agency uses data-driven insights and innovative strategies to help small businesses grow through better-performing marketing channels. They work with different clients across lead generation and e-commerce, and they are looking for a Media Buyer to join their paid media team. What You'll Be Doing Build and launch paid media campaigns from scratch across Meta and Google Ads for a diverse client portfolio. Optimize and refresh live campaigns to continuously improve lead generation performance. Manage day-to-day campaign tasks autonomously, with senior oversight available when needed. Support paid social strategy across multiple accounts, with a strong focus on Meta. Collaborate closely with senior team members to align on goals, performance, and account priorities. Requirements Solid hands‐on experience building and launching campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proven lead generation campaign experience across multiple client accounts. Ability to optimize live campaigns independently without heavy hand‐holding. Mid‐level seniority with the ability to execute efficiently and take ownership of tasks. Nice to Have Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or conversion event setup. Paid Time Off.
