• Collaborate closely with in-house billing team under a hybrid staffing model
• Maintain quality service standards and cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions Hands-on experience with medical billing and accounts receivable workflows in a U.S. healthcare environment. Ability to review, analyze, and prioritize accounts receivable aging reports *********+ days).
