Overview Join a fast-growing team developing AI-powered automation tools for the logistics and freight industry. This remote-first, full-time Product Manager role focuses on delivering exceptional product quality and user experience across a suite of innovative tools, emphasizing collaborative problem solving, quality assurance, and customer insight. Key Responsibilities Ensure exceptional quality and user experiences for a suite of AI-powered products and tools. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines. Oversee QA processes to effectively validate customer needs. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on areas for enhancement. Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and relaying insights to internal teams. Requirements 2-6 years in product management, QA, or a technical customer-facing role. Strong understanding of software development and product architecture (coding not required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, as business is conducted in English. Ability to establish and manage quality assurance processes. Deep understanding of product workflows to recognize improvement opportunities. Experience translating customer needs into product actions and updates. Remote-first, adaptable work hours.
