Program Details
- Program length: 18 months maximum.
- Workload: 19 hours per week available.

Eligibility These opportunities are for advanced university students (1‑year to 1½ years toward degree completion) from Business Administration, Human Resources or related careers, looking to gain insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing university.

Intermediate / advanced English is required.

Application Process After you click ‘Apply’, the first step is to fully complete your application.

If you meet the minimum requirements for our program you will be invited to complete a video interview through HireVue. Although this video is not mandatory, we highly recommend completing it within 48 hours of receiving the invitation. HireVue allows you to prepare and practice before submitting the interview.

Program Experience Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others. They will also join different teams of the organization—including Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, and Human Resources—to learn the culture and structure of the company.

Candidate Profile We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious, and self‑initiated. No prior work experience is required. Students must be at least halfway through their degree and have an intermediate or advanced level of English.
