Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
This is an idóneo opportunity for someone with experience in AI SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, and B2B lead generation who thrives in a target‑driven remote environment. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by engaging decision‑makers, booking demos, and positioning innovative AI software solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients interested in AI and SaaS solutions.
- Book high‑quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Stay updated on AI trends, SaaS technologies, and competitive market insights.
