Lead Full-stack Developer (Posadas)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-stack Developer to drive the development of scalable, robust applications using .NET, Azure and ReactJS. This is a hands‑on technical role focused on execution and delivery, adecuado for a passionate technologist with expertise in end-to-end application development and advanced cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete application development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Design and architect scalable and high-performance solutions using .NET, Azure and ReactJS
- Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Write clean, maintainable and optimized code while conducting in‑depth code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug and implement optimizations for high‑quality applications

Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with .NET and ReactJS
- Strong proficiency with Azure and MS SQL; familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools
- Solid understanding of microservices, serverless or event‑driven architecture patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
- Expertise in problem‑solving, attention to technical detail and the pursuit of technical excellence
- Capability to work independently showcasing a self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset
- Clear communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
