- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot demo environments to ensure they are up to date and functional
- Act as the first line of defense for technical issues within demo environments
- Collaborate with technical teams to build Proof of Concepts and support complex deals
- Manage and populate realistic datasets for demo environments to support business use cases Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in FullStack development with a backend focus
- Experience with TypeScript (Node.js and React)
- Experience with REST APIs including consumption and debugging
- Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with AWS (Cognito, S3, CloudWatch)
- Experience with data seeding and environment management
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently Nice to Have
