Job ResponsibilitiesActively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needsPerform hands‐on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements based on business and regional requirementsIdentify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defectsProvide day‐to‐day Workday system support for a integral userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, and data uploads (EIBs)Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needsContinuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilitiesStay current on new system features, updates, and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvementCreate and deliver system training tools (i.e., process documentation, training sessions, communications)Job QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of strong hands‐on configuration experience (3 or more of the Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security)Must have working proficiency in both English and SpanishAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languagesStrong critical thinking and creative problem‐solving skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive dataExcellent prioritization and time management skillsSolid understanding of Human Resources processes and conceptsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus programsEligibility for tuition reimbursement program after 6 monthsCompetitive vacation programsHealth, vision, dental and other benefits from day 1 #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qjngy
