In business transformation digital solutions at PwC, you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large‑scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications.
You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey, assessing the client’s approach for ERP security and IT General Controls while educating our clients on leading‑practice recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Drive project management for client engagements, including schedule, budget, and task management.
- Develop and maintain established project plans, status reports, risk logs, and communications.
- Monitor daily and weekly completion of project plans across workstreams.
- Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams.
- Coordinate with engagement teams and clients to manage dependencies and resolve issues.
- Develop the final deliverable, including the development of observations and recommendations based upon feedback from workstream teams.
- Contribute to developing project management frameworks, tools, and templates.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Information Science, Economics, Economics & Finance & Technology, Business, Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, and/or other relevant degree.
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 years.
- Core Skills and Experience:
- Respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
- Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
- Apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
- Understand the broader objectives of projects and how work fits into overall strategy.

- Use reflection to develop self‑awareness, enhance strengths, and address development areas.
- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g., refer to PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven team‑leader skills, including understanding project direction, active listening, establishing project plans, maintaining workstream accountability, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management concepts and PwC tools (Concourse, SaveIT, Connect, Flex), including managing workflow, evidence requests, budgets, and monitoring.
- Ability to proactively identify potential risks or issues requiring senior‑leadership input.
- Strong verbal, facilitation, and presentation communication skills for all levels of internal stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills to articulate evidence requirements and final observations to external stakeholders.
- Baseline knowledge in Transformation Risk service offerings and awareness of different ERP offerings and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of correct information management and Information Security & Data Protection.
