This role requires a strategic thinker and strong copywriter—someone who can craft high-performing ad copy within full campaign structures and consistently deliver against CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals. You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for end‑to‑end campaign strategy, including messaging, testing frameworks, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale high‑performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Write compelling, conversion‑focused ad copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages
- Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate clear strategic thinking and structured messaging
- Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like AgencyAnalytics and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution
- Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients
