We're a NYC-based creative agency looking for a sharp, resourceful admin to help run operations and marketing across two growing brands. Part-time to start — with a real path to full-time and equity for the right person. What you'll actually be doing:Operations:Scheduling, communications, vendor follow-ups, light project coordination across both businesses. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Marketing support:Help manage social media calendars, coordinate content with designers, draft copy for posts and emails, track campaign performance, update product listings. You don't need to be a marketing expert — but you need to be curious, organized, and willing to learn fast. Ecommerce (Difinery):Help manage the online store — product updates, order tracking, customer inquiries, basic Shopify tasks. This side of the role will grow as the brand grows. General:Whatever needs doing. We're small. Some days you're updating a CRM, other days you're researching packaging vendors or prepping a pitch deck. If \"that's not my job\" is in your vocabulary, this isn't the role. This is for you if:
- You're organized, proactive, and energized by building something — not maintaining something
- You've worked with tools like Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, or similar
- You're comfortable with social media and digital marketing basics
- You communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
- You're based in Argentina (preferred) or LATAM with matching availability
This isn't for you if:
- You need to be told what to do every day
- You disappear when things get busy
The details:
- Hours: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 1–5 PM EST to start
- Location: Fully remote
- Pay: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
