We are building the first end‐to‐end real estate platform that connects agents, buyers, and sellers through technology.Role OverviewProduct Designers lead the full lifecycle of their designs across all platforms. They collaborate with product managers on strategy, participate in research to test and validate designs, and consult with engineering to bring everything to life.ResponsibilitiesWork on major feature initiatives from concept to shipping.Meaningfully collaborate with PMs on product specs.Pair with engineers to realize designs on web, iOS, and Android platforms.Continuously identify best practices, design patterns, and anti‐patterns across industries.Participate in sprint planning and quarterly roadmap discussions.Be a key player on a small but mighty team, driving significant impact.Qualifications6–8+ years of experience designing enterprise and enterprise software, including UX design and research.Strategic partner who can formulate a customer‐centered UX strategy and deliver complex workflow experiences that are simple and intuitive.Extensive knowledge of best‐in‐class UX patterns across web and native mobile platforms, and ability to integrate these patterns into a design system.Strong knowledge of platform affordances, constraints, and how to enhance design features.Pixel‐perfect standards with exceptional interaction design skills and an eye for accessibility and usability.Experience with design systems and making rational and logical design decisions.Proficiency in modern UI patterns, tools such as Figma and Google Suite.Excellent communication skills; able to present cohesive experiences, articulate decisions, and build alignment with executives and stakeholders.Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment with autonomy and flexibility.BenefitsUSD fixed monthly compensation (through Deel).
