The Procurement Support Analyst plays a key role in managing new supplier registration requests, including the initiation and coordination of Third-Party Risk Assessment processes.
This role supports Business Owners in adhering to procurement policies and procedures, provides guidance on the supplier registration process, and helps with procurement tool usage.
The analyst is also responsible for delivering training sessions, maintaining accurate supplier-related data, and participating in user acceptance testing to support system enhancements and process improvements.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesSupplier Onboarding & Risk AssessmentReview and process new supplier registration requests.Initiate and coordinate Third-Party Risk Assessments with Business Owners and suppliers in One-Trust tool.Route new supplier request to Commodity Managers for approval.Supplier Data ManagementMaintain and update supplier information in the Cloud system.Support supplier profile cleanup activities, including merging, renaming, and processing mass change requests.Ensure accuracy and consistency of procurement-related supplier profile data.Communication & Incident ManagementMonitor the Supplier Registration mailbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.Create and manage Supplier Registration incidents, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.System Testing & Process ImprovementParticipate in user testing for new tools, system updates, and regression testing.Provide feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.Training & User SupportDeliver training sessions on procurement processes, including supplier registration, Third-Party Risk Assessment, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.Assist users with procurement tools and process navigation.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Commodity Managers on supplier data maintenance and contract support.Liaise with internal teams such as Supplier Activity, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure alignment and data integrity.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeInternships and/or 0-2 years of related experienceQuantitative analysis skills; including a working proficiency DBMSHighly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Excellent communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skillsAbility to work independently on assigned accountabilities and tasksAbility to identify process failures and implement solutionsEEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
