- Build and ship product features end‑to‑end for various user‑facing features.
- Improve database and infrastructure performance by implementing caching solutions and connection pooling.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for our services to better respond to operational incidents.
- Scale our services via architectural changes and infrastructure improvements.
- Redefine best‑in‑class software development processes to build a purpose‑built product.

How we work We focus on trust, minimal meetings, and uninterrupted focus. Small teams (one to two people) typically own a project and rotate leadership. We align on a single roadmap and a north star, avoiding OKRs or A/B tests. Bugs are fixed immediately and reviewed weekly. We value quality, constraints, and close customer interaction. Internship details This is a six‑month internship. At the end, you may be offered a renewal for another six months or a return offer. If a return offer is extended and accepted, it includes a two‑week trip to Silicon Valley as part of the Silicon Valley Fellowship, with travel and accommodation covered. Benefits
