About The Role We are looking for a skilled and creative architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. Responsibilities Conduct design research and assemble various architectural ideas. Develop sketches, designs, and drawings at different RIBA stages. Work independently throughout the day while coordinating with the team when needed. Deliver intermediate results on a weekly basis. Report to a project architect (lead) and collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, the MEP team, structural engineers, the FF&E; procurement team, and client representatives. Focus mainly on early design stages (RIBA 1‐3, about 75%) and provide supervision and advisory for RIBA 4‐5 (up to 25%). Qualifications Fluent in English.
