RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER (Corrientes)

This positionis responsible forone or more Agile Release Trains for the company's programs and/or solutions, including PI Planning preparation and leadership, Scrum team mentoring and management, and the delivery of committed development efforts on time for every PI. This position may interface withone or more of the following:Software Engineering, Software & Hardware Quality Assurance, Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineering Management, External Compliance Auditors, NPI Operations, Customer Service and Support, FieldService,andDirectCustomer Interaction. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing technical development teams.
- Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross-functional exposure is preferred.
- Experience in distributed and multicultural team management.
- Understanding how to manage multiple small development teams or one medium-sized development team, with associated risks and resource responsibilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery.
- Expertise in establishing and meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Be versatile, adaptable, and proactive when resolving technical issues.
- Proven ability to drive conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Support and drive actions post-initiation on solutions from design/requirement analysis through delivery, taking ownership after initial discussion and scoping.
