Since our service is in high demand (we currently have a waitlist of brands trying to work with us), Well Copy is adding new clients every month, and need to hire an Email Marketing Designer to help operate as we grow.
You will receive ongoing, in-depth training on how to exponentially grow ecommerce brands.

MISSION FOR THE ROLE
To craft visually engaging and user-centric email designs that captivate, inform, and drive meaningful engagement, fostering exceptional digital experiences for our audience.
Opportunity to ascend into the Senior Designer role, managing other designers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Designs: Take copy diagrams / layouts and turn them into engaging campaign designs.
Add more to what the copy or outline may reflect.
Make the designs truly unique and effective.
Flow Designs: Same as campaigns, but take into account the customer journey and what is needed from a design perspective to get them more likely to convert.
Revisions: Take revisions and feedback without second thought, these are meant to improve from an outside perspective.
Bring back revisions in a timely manner, within 24 hours of request.
Design Turnaround: Standard Requests - Delivered within 2/4 business days.
Urgent Requests - Delivered within 6 hours.
Design Quantity - Up to 10 designs/day
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Figma Expertise: Experienced expert in Figma with knowledge of the functionality and processes of components and organization.
Organization: Effectively and efficiently organize components and designs inside of Figma.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Knowledge of web design click rate optimization.
This requires experience working in the graphic design industry in regards to promoting conversions.
Speed & Adaptability: Ability to move fast and adapt to changing client needs.
Attention to detail: Genuinely bothered by little mistakes, and will not let them pass through to clients or the account
Creative eye: Ability to think outside the box to develop new design angles and styles that are appealing
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience with Figma
Available US Eastern Standard Time (9am - 5pm)
Previous experience with English design and email marketing (you will be expertly trained up, but base knowledge is required)
Enjoy working and meeting daily with a passionate team
Ready to get after it every day!
