About CoLab CoLab is an AI platform that helps mechanical engineering teams accelerate product development by capturing design feedback and leveraging AI to flag risks earlier. Founded in St. John's, Newfoundland, CoLab serves customers such as Ford, Komatsu, and Johnson Controls. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team. The role focuses on turning company positioning and product strategy into launches and messaging that resonate with engineering teams. Responsibilities
- Execute product launches by translating campaign strategy into clear messaging, briefs, and launch assets.
- Own messaging for features and bundled releases, including launch emails, conference talks, presentations, and social posts.
- Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap and own all launch logistics.
- Partner with GTM Enablement to produce educational materials for Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Own messaging and effectiveness for key website pages, including product, feature, and use case pages.
- Build deep expertise in competitive solutions and support high‑stakes competitive deals.
- Contribute to ongoing product content between launches, not just at major release moments.
- Review and elevate messaging across marketing, especially for technical or product‑focused content. Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in B2B software or manufacturing, with 2+ years in product marketing.
- Experience with customer research and data‑driven insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Track record of impacting customer and pipeline outcomes through positioning, messaging, campaign planning and execution, and thought leadership.
- Combination of strategic product marketing experience and hands‑on tactical execution.
- Effective engagement and influence with internal and external stakeholders. Benefits
