Customer Service Engineer Jr. Argentina Location Buenos Aires, Capital Federal AR Job ID REQ-****** Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer locations. Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Train customers in the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues. Travel to customer sites as required, often on short notice. Basic Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Native Spanish fluency, English knowledge. Preferred Characteristics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
