You’ll be expected to interact directly with customers, suppliers, and all members of our team. We value flexibility, so you’ll also need to support and assist your other office‑based colleagues as needed — your fluidity and adaptability will be key to keeping the whole operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the workshop organised, efficient, and running like a well‑oiled machine.
- Allocating jobs to the team and ensuring they’re completed to a high standard.
- Supporting front of house, control room, and workshop teams while maintaining honest, clear communication with customers.
- Regularly liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure transparency and smooth operations.
- Providing support across departments and stepping in where needed to keep things flowing.
- Maintaining productivity and performance in a team of seven talented technicians.
- Leading by example—demonstrating pride in your work and keeping morale high.
- Ensuring servicing, diagnostics and repairs meet the highest standards, keeping customers coming back time and time again.
