Job SummaryWe are seeking a well spoken and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full‐time basis.The adecuado candidate should enjoy talking to various people, learning about new business models, and working hands on with clients and candidates to ensure the best match.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing: Find candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Candidate Screening: Review resumes, run initial interviews, and evaluate skills, past experience, and role fit.Pipeline Management: Keep applicants organized, update our tracking system, and maintain steady movement through each stage.Relationship Building: Stay in regular contact with candidates and internal teams.Support clear communication throughout the hiring cycle.Onboarding Support: Coordinate background checks, gather needed documents, schedule training sessions, and help new hires settle in smoothly.Performance Review: Monitor key recruiting numbers and provide feedback on what is working and what needs attention.Compliance: Follow all employment rules and guidelines during each step of the recruiting process.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account managementProficiency in applicant tracking systems or CRM softwaresEnjoys meeting people and learning about different businessesStrong organizational and time‐management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNative level English speaker with fluency in written and verbal communicationTech‐savvy with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software and toolsNice To Have QualificationsFamiliarity using Linked In and Indeed for recruitingExperience using AI softwares to automate workflowsCollege degreeHours & PayFull‐time US hours: 8am to 4pm PST$800‐$**** USD per month (excluding commissions, bonuses) depending on experience and skillsBi‐weekly pay with annual bonuses an
