This role goes beyond campaign management—you'll be responsible for crafting high‐performing ad copy, building full‐funnel strategies, and driving measurable growth across multiple accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta AdsOwn performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion ratesDevelop and execute full‐funnel paid media strategiesWrite high‐converting ad copy across multiple formats and platformsAnalyse campaign data to identify trends and scale opportunitiesCreate and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and AgencyAnalyticsCollaborate with creative and account management teamsPresent insights, reports, and strategic recommendations directly to clientsContinuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creativeRequirements4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (required)Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)Proven ability to write compelling, conversion‐focused ad copyStrong experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaignsDeep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency with tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, and Microsoft ClariBenefitsCompetitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high‐profile clients.
