THE ROLEAs an Art Director, you will translate strategy into smart, engaging creative that hooks niche audiences.WHAT YOU'LL DOConcept and design best-in-class digital creative across social and video, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and performance.Contribute to pre‐production planning, support on‐set shoots, and collaborate with editors and designers in post to ensure work comes to life as intended.Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.Own the work from end to end.Concept and produce polished, on‐brand, performance‐minded assets that meet timelines and briefs.Navigate ambiguity with CD support, adapt to shifting priorities, and bring proactive solutions to creative and production challenges.These solutions should come in the form of daily brainstorming and inspiration sharing with the team.Approach every situation with curiosity, kindness, and accountability to help foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.WHAT YOU BRINGPrior social agency experience or relevant experience with a track record of navigating high‐volume, high‐visibility accounts.On‐set and content production experience (domestic or international), including working with video directors, editors, and producers.Strong client presentation and communication skills – you can confidently present ideas, take feedback in stride, and advocate for great creative.Excellent design sensibility and a strategic eye for layout, typography, motion, and branding, along with deep knowledge of social best practices for optimal performance.A proactive, collaborative mindset – you bring energy to brainstorms, jump in where needed, and support your teammates with generosity and respect.Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.A creative portfolio that showcases your eye for design, your range in digital and video, and your ability to turn strategy into scroll‐stopping creative.We will require fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will need to communicate with team members abroad.WHAT DO WE OFFERPremium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and their immediate family members.Mendel prepaid card with a monthly allowance for grocery purchases.Monthly reimbursements for Wi‐Fi/electricity expenses.Monthly reimbursements for training/English classes.100% covered "Plan Total" membership at Sportclub.Access to our benefits platform through Bonda.A adaptable vacation policy.DEPT® is an equal‐opportunity employer (EOE).
