Now we want our paid ads to convert like crazy and look like art.
We're hunting for someone who can read a Meta Ads Manager dashboard at 9am, spot the hook that's tanking CTR, write a brief by noon, and ship a winning variant by EOD.
You think in CPM, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate.
You understand AI creative tools and know how to leverage them to ship cinematic ad concepts.
What You'll Do
Pull raw performance data from Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads daily
Concept ad campaigns rooted in performance insight
Run weekly creative reviews with the founder
Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and generate cinematic scenes
Own creative ROAS as a KPI
What You Bring
A portfolio of paid ads you've concepted and art-directed for DTC brands
Native fluency in ad managers and ad-analysis tools like Motion, Hyros, or Looker
Experience giving sharp creative direction to designers
Obsessive testing instinct
