About the jobAs a Multimedia Designer integrating the Tether marketing design team, you will conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia visual contents across UX/UI, video/motion and print media.You will create engaging digital and print assets to tell stories, showcase products, and bring the vision of our brands to life at a high quality level.Working closely with cross‐functional teams, you will ensure all assets are strategically sound, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand's message, tone, and standards.ResponsibilitiesLead the concept, design, and execution of cross platform visual projects in a high quality levelDemonstrate proactivity and ownership through tasks, and cultivate a clear and proactive communication with the teamDeliver creative assets at the forefront of design and technologyTranslate strategic goals into clear, high‐impact digital experiencesPartner closely with all stakeholders to shape concepts and deliveryEnsure scalability, quality, and consistency across formats and platformsDrive innovation by exploring new toolsManage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliveryExperiment with creative formatsQualificationsProven experience designing creative digital and print visual systems for brands and campaignsSkills in AI‐driven design toolsSolid skills in video / motion, and multimedia design for web and social platforms, as well as proven ability to design web and landing page visualsExcellent command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for screen‐based designProficiency with industry‐standard design tools (e.G.
